1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products from Haynes Lift, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales of automotive lifts, accessories, and related equipment.
2. Product Information
Haynes Lift makes every effort to ensure product specifications, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, specifications and pricing may change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to approval and availability.
- Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping offers apply to eligible locations within Canada and may exclude remote or rural areas.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks.
- Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries, lift-gate services, re-delivery attempts, or remote locations.
- Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
5. Freight Damage Claims
- Any shipping damage, missing parts, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Failure to report damages within the specified timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement parts or claims.
6. Installation Requirements
- All car lifts must be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Installation should be performed by qualified professionals.
- Customers are responsible for verifying that their concrete floor, ceiling height, electrical requirements, and workspace meet product specifications before purchase and installation.
- Haynes Lift is not responsible for installation costs, site preparation expenses, or structural modifications.
7. Safety & Operation
- Vehicle lifts must be operated only by trained individuals.
- Users must follow all safety instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Regular inspections and maintenance are required to ensure safe operation.
- Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.
8. Warranty
- Warranty coverage is provided according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Overloading beyond rated capacity
- Unauthorized modifications
- Lack of maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Warranty claims may require photos, videos, proof of purchase, and inspection reports.
9. Returns & Exchanges
- Return requests must be approved by Haynes Lift before products are returned.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Haynes Lift.
- Special-order, custom, clearance, or discontinued items may not be eligible for return.
- Restocking fees may apply.
10. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
- Once shipped, orders are subject to the return policy and applicable freight charges.
11. Limitation of Liability
Haynes Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, operation, or misuse of any vehicle lift or related equipment. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
12. Force Majeure
Haynes Lift shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, or supplier delays.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which Haynes Lift operates.
